Ted LeBow, Managing Principal & Founder

Ted LeBow is a serial entrepreneur. His first business venture (in 1980) was a farm in Idaho where he bought his first tractor, signed his first loan with the Production Credit Association and started waking up in the middle of the night worrying about the rain ruining his hay crop.

Rebecca Frimmer, Senior Staff Consultant

Prior to consulting with KTC, Rebecca has been a business owner and a marketing and management professional.  She specializes in working with established start-ups in their first or second growth phase, but also enjoys working with nonprofits and more mature businesses.

One-on-One Coaching for Small Producers

One-on-One Coaching

Whether you run a large or small farm, it can be lonely at the top. Who do you turn to when you have pivotal decisions to make or issues to handle? Your various teams, as well as the health of your business, are relying on you—but who can you rely on?

Our one-on-one coaching is for those who spend much of their days stressing over essential business matters and wishing they had a partner. We advise clients in a variety of business areas, including strategy, human resources, execution, and cash management.

Farm Businiess & Finance Curriculum

Farm Business & Finance 101

Whether you are a pre-launch supply chain or a small farm just getting your business off the ground, every business is different—which is why cookie-cutter trainings don’t work when it comes to leadership and financial management.

Kitchen Table Consultants’ (KTC) Farm Business & Finance 101 program is perfect for new and beginner farmers. We provide a classroom setting for groups of 8 to 24 farmers and/or growers. Your team will benefit from a custom-designed curriculum focused on how to successfully manage your people and finances.

Bookkeeping Services for Agricultural Businesses

Bookkeeping Services

Your financial information should be a tool that helps you manage your business, not just a sheet of numbers that you want to look nice when tax season rolls around. You need a simple, clear accounting system that provides the data you need to keep growing your operation. Where are your dollars going and why?

Our agricultural business bookkeeping services will help you better understand your finances and make informed decisions. Choose from one of our plans or pre-paid bookkeeping support.

Our farm business consulting services are perfect for:

  • Beginning farmers who want to start their business on the right foot.
  • Growing agricultural entrepreneurs ready to elevate their team and company.
  • Local farm and food business owners searching for new opportunities.
  • Long-time business owners ready to sell or transition ownership.

Do any of the above hit close to home? It might be time to invest in your business with the right partner. KTC’s team of experts will guide you through any challenges and business decisions. And of course, we’ll be there to celebrate the wins with you, too.
